Tai Chi helps Back Pain
New research from Consumer Reports Magazine lists Tai Chi and other holistic health measures as effective in relieving back pain. A nationally representative Consumer Reports survey showed that 89% of back-pain sufferers sought out tai chi and yoga for treatments and advice. "Hands-on" methods are being preferred over drugs or surgery.

Accoring to the Mayo Clinic, the benefits of tai chi may include:
